The clock is fairly heavy and under the stucco is a styrofoam like material. I don’t want the stucco to ***** and fall off the wall.
I also want to know if it is possible to get parts to build a flip-card clock.
Create a video blog…instantly.
Actually I have a few of these, and once they get bumped (fall off the wall or whatever) they all have the same problem. The hands seem loose & won’t move or won’t make it “uphill”. They seem pretty simple, so I’m thinking there’s a simple way to fix the problem? Thanks!!
Like the kind that you find at bars counting down the days until st. pattys day… or something along those lines.
I tried an internet search, but… i’m not finding what I need.
It needs to have… months, days and minutes, (seconds are optional)
I noticed that Rayovac batteries come in two distinct forms: (1) alkaline and (2) zinc For the price, I find Rayovac batteries are quite good. Perhaps not as great as Duracell, but they are far better than the limited, lesser-known batteries sold at dollar-stores.
What’s the difference, besides costs of course? Do you use Zinc batteries for some types of devices and alkaline batteries for other types of devices? If so, what exactly?
Also, what are examples of low-drain devices besides remote controls? Rayovac sells a battery designed for low-drain devices, but what exactly are they? Is a wall clock or mantle-clock a low-drain device or a high-drain device?
This in turn would make the hands spin a lot faster which is what I need for a movie I am filming. Thanks!
