The 4 round raised buttons reads PT, MT, CT, ET. There’s also a small flat button between CT and ET.
How to adjust time?

I tried most of your suggestions
(except the super glue…lol)
and nothing is working yet.
It has something to do with the balance of the second hand being off I think.

About 20 years ago, my now ex wife bought a wall clock at a flee market in N.J.
The clock was made from a slab of wood cut horizontally from a large tree trunk. It was about 30″ in diameter and coated with a thick layer of polyurithane. The bark was still on it, around the perimeter. I loved that clock and want one for myself. Like everthing else, she took it!

It requires a key to wind it. But after it has run for a while it stops. I usually just push the pendulum and it moves for another day or so. Any thoughts on how to fix it?
