Blacks fighting for the Double V

During 1939 to 1945, the United States faced two problems concerning racial issues. First, Hitler attacked and exterminated Jews and Gypsies in Europe and World War II began. The United States has been fighting against this "global program against discrimination" in Japan, Italy and France, which joined the Allies. This war was the issue of race outside. The question of the second race was national and was directly related with internal interdependence between whites and blacks. While whites were concerned only the defeat of Hitler and the Axis, blacks were more concerned about the Double V, a concept referred resolve problems efficiently run, – external and internal. Therefore, it was much harder for blacks to go through the war years, because that first, the army was in a much less acceptable, and secondly, the house had suffered racial discrimination in most of the low country origin.

Blacks fought in the war almost all U.S. Civil War and Vietnam War ends. World War II was no exception. However, the issues U.S. racial and friction between whites and blacks were very tense right now (by Martin Luther King, Jr. was only about 14 years at the time), and "people of color" (a term widely used at the time, was not considered wrong) are not only different, but were deliberately left growing economy.
