I'm looking for black sapphire loose stones, but some elements Undertones blue images appear to have them. What program can I use to take a part of the banda music and transform it into a track, but it seems to live?

I have a client (Banda parts of each instrument), and I am trying to synthesize and transform it into a track that can be played over speakers, but I want him to ring as a live band. Any suggestion to the side of Sibelius?
