Where can I find a wedding band with a closing?

My girlfriend's finger was broken before. His influence is such that the usual a ring to adjust. Or, if a ring will not do more, it is too great to bear. I once saw a simple ring with a wink, that for these situations. Now we really need, I can not find anywhere. Suggestions? Anyone who has a similar situation?
