Set the time of operation of a sports watch?

I have an "Athletic Works" sports watch that I bought at Walmart. It is blue and has a stopwatch. I lost the instructions! Does anyone know how to set this watch? Thank you! How do I get the alarm goes off too?

Press and hold the lap / reset button for at least 5 full seconds. You should appear the word "SET" appear on Dispaly. Press the Mode button to switch the alarm months date. Use the Start / Stop to change figures.
