Is it possible to replace a pin shows another type of closure?

I recently bought a Paul Frank watch and it works very well except the fact that the closure will be canceled if I move my hand in certain ways. This happens all the time while I'm driving, and is very boring. Is it possible to replace the closure of a clock or if they need an entire group?
