Currently, I'm going to be a senior at Bentley College, Waltham, MA, so I have lots of experience and know how things work at Bentley. In his first year at Bentley College, you will live in dormitories trees, Slade Hall, or Miller Hall. If you have a choice I recommend choose to live in dormitories tree, because that is where most freshmen will be living, so there will be more activity underway in the building and meet more people. Slade Hall is in the parking lot of sleeping trees, and it would be my second choice and Miller Hall is small in size and type isolation, this would be my last choice for the bedroom. If Bentley offers you the opportunity to live with high-class male I refused their offer and live with freshman year. It will facilitate the transition to college life much easier.
I enrolled in classes during orientation and is a kind of restless time. Usually, the first two years at Bentley, which emphasize respect for their needs in general education, so that your first record two years is pretty easy. Classes will take enough choice for you, but you still have the option of selecting teachers want to take. I recommend that, prior to attending orientation Bentley go on RateMyProfessors and SyllabusCentral and do some research for teachers that you end up with some good teachers in their first year.
As in the first year than most eat in the lobby of the season to eat, corner of Harry, Boloco, and A & W. Your meal Plan includes unlimited entries season room, but the quality of food is not too good. At the corner of Harry can use his discretionary money and is good for Harry to get a sub, pizza, fried finger food or mozzarella cheese sticks or chicken. Harry is also housing freshman close to it probably not going well. Boloco and A & W are at the bottom of campus, which is a good trick, but I think it is interesting to Boloco. Boloco is my favorite dish on campus and once again take the discretionary money.
In freshman class should be fairly easy. After their first year classes will be much more difficult, therefore we recommend to tighten the belt and get good grades to boost their first year GPA. It will be difficult to get your GPA a student first year bad. There are two simple things you can do to improve your GPA as a freshman. The first is simply going to class and the second is to always do your homework. Even if the task will not be picked up very recommend still you just do it on their own and try to stay disciplined. It is too easy to their task well and then stand behind and not be able to learn primarily an intermediate or final. Make sure your own pace throughout the semester and do well.
