Victorinox honor the warranty on my watch?
the clock has been broken several years ago and I just threw it on my newly found desk.i it.do u think they will honor the lifetime warranty and has been too long?
If you have registered with the company when it purchased The watch is said to send a copy of the invoice, and any other register data they required, in addition to paying the (usually) a fee, you can have a chance to get it repaired or replaced. If "just found" again after all this time and plan on asking them to honor their guarantee, you probably can not convince them to do so. But you never know. I called and called, I am sure you will find a toll on their site.
