How to get rid of the security system from viruses? This does not let me download anything or reset my model 2, an earlier date?

You must install http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html?part=dl-10804572&subj=dl&tag=button malwarebytes and run a full scan. This will eliminate the virus. If you can not download onto your computer, you must download it from another computer, put on a flash drive and install from there. May have to start the computer in Safe Mode (press F8 at boot and select Safe Mode) to run a scan if the computer is turned off after 20 minutes.
