Do you have trouble understanding at times when people talk about eBay? Do not worry, some of the jargon is very dark and can not expect to understand until someone told him that means. Here's a short list of some of the most useful lingo to know, but no need to memorize – Even the most common jargon is only used relatively infrequently.

Words.

Bid: notify eBay that the maximum loan to Rae bid on a product.
Dutch: an auction where more than one of each item is available.
Feedback: positive or negative comments left on other users on eBay.
Mint: in perfect conditions.
Not paying bidder: a bidder wins the auction, but then go buy the paper.
C an electronic method of payment accepted by most vendors.
Rare: Spent and abused on eBay, completely meaningless. Reserve: the minimum price the seller will accept for the item.
Submitting fraudulent: a takeover false filed by a vendor trying to jack up the price of your bid.
Snail Mail: the mail, which of course is very slow compared with a transfer Electron.
Pull: bidding at the last second to win the game before anyone else can outbid you.

Abbreviations.

AUD: Australian dollar. Currency.
BIN: Buy it Now. An auction at a fixed price.
BNWT: Brand New with tags. This refers to a subject that has never been used and still retains its original labels.
BW: Black and white. It is used for movies, photos, etc.
CONUS: United States Continental. This is used by vendors who are reluctant to ship goods to distant places like Hawaii or Alaska. EUR: Euro. Currency.
FC: First Class. Type of postage.
GBP: Great – open and is still in its original packaging.
NR: No reserve. An element in which the seller did not set a reserve price.
OB: Original Box. A product is included in the original packaging (but may be open).
PM: Priority Mail
PP: Parcel Post.
SH: shipping and handling. These rates will pay a buyer by the element which has been sent.
USD: U.S. dollars. Currency.
VGC: Very good condition. Not Mint, but almost.

The most likely is that you will find the jargon more specific related to what you sell, but it would be an impossible task to cover everything here. If you can not understand any part, have seen fit to explain.

While an asset to understand the jargon of other suppliers, do not spray your free ad with him. Many people on eBay are not buyers Experienced and lose if you write a lot of jargon in all your bids.
