If the government has the power to limit the compensation of executives in large packages?

This is related to some of the responses I received one of my earlier questions. Please refrain from rescue money answers. Is beyond the scope of this issue. Rich white Republican Right …. As you know, I hope, in my reading Q & A, I prefer the voluntary association. As remuneration basa of directors determined in open and honest, then no one other than the parties to the agreement all the companies involved. The problem of compensation to executives is that much of this is the result of fraud. The government frowns on fraud and private addresses, if known. But it's terribly hypocritical in its own fraud. I am sure that forgotten that there are other factors. In any case, to answer your question directly, the government should not have the power to limit compensation to executives. Neither should have the power to unfairly inflate the value of companies and, by extension, the compensation received by executives.
