I have a cheap (fav) AAbat type wall clock that fell. Now the hands are loose & won’t work! How can I fix it?

Actually I have a few of these, and once they get bumped (fall off the wall or whatever) they all have the same problem. The hands seem loose & won’t move or won’t make it “uphill”. They seem pretty simple, so I’m thinking there’s a simple way to fix the problem? Thanks!!
