How can I train my body to wake up at a certain time without an alarm clock?

Schools just around the corner, and I’ve heard/read that using an alarm clock causes some minimum stress to the body.
I was just wondering if there is any way I can teach my body to wake up at 5-6 AM without having to get irritated by the buzzing noise of an alarm clock.
Any tip/suggestions would help.
