Spa Cuisine: fried lamb chops with oyster sauce for Chiva-Som

Ingredients

8 cloves garlic, minced
400 ml vegetable broth
V. 4 tablespoons miso paste
V. 4 tbsp oyster sauce
2 v. tablespoon honey
1 v. tablespoons sugar-free black sauce soybean
400 g of lamb chops, cleaning fat and cut into small pieces
240 g bok choy, leaves trimmed
200 g straw mushrooms, or any new season of mushrooms in boiling 2 minutes
and drainage
3 onions, cut into 5 cm (2 inches) in length
1 red pepper, seeded and finely minced
1 pinch ground white pepper

Method

In a large wok, sauté garlic in vegetable broth. Once fragrant, add miso paste, oyster sauce, honey and soy sauce unsweetened black. Add lamb and cook for 3-4 minutes or until half cooked, add the bok choy leaves and mushrooms and cooked. When the bok choy is soft and the lamb is cooking, sprinkle with chives, red pepper and pepper white. Remove from heat and serve with rice.
