Everything has its positive and negative aspects. The same with the media. Much can be said on both sides.

Newspapers in print, radio, television, Internet – The phenomenal growth in the media is staggering and is also a matter of extreme pleasure. While the print media was only fashion, new, either trivial or of great importance could not travel until it is today. Exceed the limits has always been his goal and with the development in him science and technology, the media could make the print to the Internet. In the era of knowledge revolution, innovations are coming beyond our imagination and the future press, the long term is a matter of interest and curiosity.

Activism of judicial activism plays a cardinal role in the information and the correction of evil that afflict many of our contemporary society. There are innumerable examples to highlight. Superstitions, illiteracy, poverty, malnutrition, women's empowerment, basic education, corporal punishment, infanticide of female endemic corruption, the list goes on and on and on …

While media and the judiciary in those cases remain vigilant social problems remain low and when you close your eyes, the forces of evil and Doom rear its ugly head. Even while maintaining an eternal vigil, undesirable trends show signs of increasing, especially in the areas of policy and bureaucracy.

A girl, Shanno only eleven years old was struck by the cruelty of his master. She was a student of a MCD (Municipal Corporation of Delhi) Bawan School, Outer Delhi comes from a poor family. Shanno father is a rickshaw pullers and the mother of one employee per day.

Many eminent personalities in the field of education and the judiciary also took part in discussions and emphasized in the laws enacted to abolish corporal punishment of children once and for all and the need to take the punishment they deserve for inhuman beings in uniform educators.

The above incident is a good example of ethical journalism and ethics should prevail in all spheres of society. Media is the fourth pillar of democracy and all stakeholders should ensure the sanctity of the Fourth. The same with the Executive and Judicial.
