How can I fix a velcro strap shoes?

strap shoes on my daughter is falling apart. I tried cleaning, removal of all fluff, this is not always maintained. the blur is a bit worn and fiber are a little loose, he left all his hair and so on. a little help please. These shoes are relatively new, just not be left out of the puddles!
