What should I buy photo multifunction printer – HP 7180, HP 3310, Canon MP830? Why?

I've been looking online about multifunction printers and their various comments. I want a good printer in my office throughout the house. I like the photo of the HP, for the effects also negative / slide scanners into account (and I make digital copies of all pictures of the last 20-30 years). I like Canon printers because the ink drops which are very small (as small as 1 picoliter). I have not seen other printers with much smaller, which means that the weapons must be a better photo quality printing. I have read the reviews, but there are many people who like and dislike them all. The requirements I have are: good quality of the picture, text quality, multifunctional, PictBridge compatible. I listen to their views and experience. Thank you.
