Everybody get on the same page with a shared calendar

Would not it be great if you have a calendar in the world, every event in the world, no matter how big or small? Instead of having multiple copies floating around the calendar of events in each program for each participant, May you have a consolidated view of the blueprint for all can be synchronized. If someone needs to change the calendar entry, it would be great if everyone was updated on the change automatically.

Are there any good free time?
Companies have had solutions for that long. With solutions such Microsoft Exchange Server, Lotus Notes and others, employees can automatically stay in all personal time, time to update automatically, if nothing not change, RSVP to more easily manage and book shared resources like meeting rooms in the comfort of your office or even on the road with a PDA.

For groups of people outside of work becomes much more difficult. Buying and managing an Exchange server is not a final solution as a starter, even for some of the biggest clubs and events. Unlike businesses, most groups do not have funds to purchase and maintain these solutions. In addition, they need solutions that do not require training. In business, there are significant resources for training employees in addition to the heavy hand of the head, if you need a solution that is adopted. In people's personal life, no carrots and sticks to force someone to use a solution. In addition, there are many types of email applications and the "rules" that are in use, as opposed to a business that can be grouped into a single solution. This makes the synchronization of calendars effort almost impossible.

Agendas shared You Get Organized
Although no one is a perfect solution, shared calendars, like Qlubb group can help a better organization.

Shared calendars offer many benefits:
