Is the top of a Rolex crown logo in an original should point to the sapphire glas when completely screwed?

I was Rolex dealers in and realized that there is no fixed position of the logo of the Crown. In the Cayman Islands are an attraction that many tourists flocked to, Stingray City. As the Crocodile Hunter, Steve Irwin, died from a Poisonous barb while diving on the Great Barrier Reef, Stingray City tourism has dropped significantly.

The popular site has been found fifteen years ago. Many fishermen guiding their boats on the reefs in the waters calm and shallow to clean their catch.
