It is a double face cartridge respirator to protect against dust every day?

My apartment is ultra-dust, and I'm allergic to dust. I to clean, but it's kind of a viscous cycle – I have more energy to clean the dust because I can not sleep a decent night with this powder. I think buying a respirator, from those sold at The Home Depot, but everyone seems to be the toxic dust, chemicals, etc.. . They also protect against dust to dust every day?

I think $ 2 a white dust mask normal "SARS" will mask.
